Roar One, Award winning development in West Point Grey. This project consists of 10 very cool residential units and 2 retail commercial units. Completed in 2006 this project used, glass, concrete and imagination to create truly unique one of a kind living spaces. Roof top patios, mezzanines, and indoor/outdoor courtyard spaces are but a few of the design features.

Roar One has won numerous awards starting with the 2005 National Post Design Exchange Award (Canada), 2006 Home of the Year Citation Award from New York based Architecture Magazine, the 2006 Lieutenants Governors Award (BC), the 2006 AIBC Innovation Award (BC) and the 2006 Collegiate Schools of Architecture Faculty Design Award (North America)
